About the Position:

 

We are currently looking for an experienced Accessories Sales Executive to work within our Parts Division in DOMASCO, Doha, Qatar.

 

As an Accessories Sales Executive, you will be responsible for;

  • Sell automobile accessories to customers who visit Parts Counters & Workshops.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right accessories according to their needs.
  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding automobile accessories.
  • Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers.
  • Suggest alternative accessory in case the required accessory is not available.
  • Keep abreast of new and the latest automobile products and accessories.
  • Display automobile accessories in the Parts Counter in an organized manner.
  • Maintain and manage automobile accessories and parts inventory control.
  • Coordinate and assist other sales persons in the Parts Counter for Parts Sales related activities.
  • Provide follow-up services to customers to inspire repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with Showroom for Accessories display and promotional activities.

 

About You:

 

For you be successful in this role, you must possess below attributes;

  • A minimum of 3 - 4 years’ experience in a reputed automotive dealership.
  • Preferably a diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
  • Familiarity with safety standards during work for people, machines and material.
  • Ability to speak, write and read English to deal with supervisors and customers.
  • PC literate; knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Relationship builder; the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers’.
  • Good listener.
