Overview of the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled MIS Executive / Business Analyst to support our National Aftersales operations by ensuring seamless system performance, accurate master data management, and resolution of SAP related service centre issues. In this critical frontline support role, you will help drive operational efficiency, faster processes, and smooth invoicing by maintaining and improving Aftersales systems and data.

 

What You Will Do
•    Provide day to day support to Aftersales service staff by resolving system related queries and SAP issues.
•    Collaborate with cross functional teams including Aftersales, Finance, and IT to analyze issues and deliver effective solutions.
•    Maintain SAP master data, backend tables, and ensure accurate data integration to support operational efficiency.
•    Manage PDI package creation, troubleshoot package related issues, and ensure timely updates.
•    Support the appointment and time clocking system by managing and updating relevant master data with accuracy.
•    Reduce WIP by ensuring timely resolution of front end system issues such as invoice errors, staff discounts, package failures, and more.
•    Contribute to successful invoicing by enabling smooth system operations across all service locations.

 

Required Skills to Be Successful
•    5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally as a Pricing Analyst, Assistant, or Business Analyst.
•    Graduate or Diploma holder (automotive background preferred).
•    Hands on experience with SAP IS Auto or similar ERP systems. Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
•    Automotive Aftersales experience is mandatory.

 


About the Team
You will be part of the National Aftersales Department, working under the Aftersales Planning Manager. This team plays a vital role in enabling frontline operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all Aftersales systems. Collaboration, responsiveness, and operational excellence define the team’s culture.
