About the Role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our busy Discovery Gardens Clinic. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing professional with strong clinical expertise and proven supervisory experience to lead a team of nurses while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.

The Charge Nurse will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of nursing operations, staff supervision, clinical quality, and patient safety across the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring optimal clinic operations and patient flow.
Coordinate daily nursing assignments and allocate resources effectively.
Lead, mentor, and develop nursing team members to maintain high clinical standards.
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control standards, and HealthHub clinical policies.
Monitor patient care delivery and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Support clinic management in achieving operational, quality, and patient satisfaction targets.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and oversee adherence to nursing protocols.
Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
Participate in audits, accreditation activities, and staff competency assessments.
Act as a role model for professional nursing practice and patient-centred care.

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Valid DHA Registered Nurse License.
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
Minimum 2 years of nurse supervisory, charge nurse, head nurse, nursing team leader, or nursing coordinator experience.
Previous experience supervising nursing teams within a clinic, polyclinic, outpatient, or hospital environment.
Strong knowledge of DHA standards, infection control, and clinical governance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a fast-paced multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Highly Desirable

Experience within a multi-specialty outpatient clinic.
Arabic language skills.
BLS and ACLS certifications.

Mandatory Candidate Requirement

Please note: Previous nursing supervisory experience is essential. Candidates without experience as a Charge Nurse, Head Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Nursing Team Leader, or similar nursing leadership role will not be considered.
