Overview of the role

To support store objectives by delivering excellent customer service in line with store needs and to ensure the effective maintenance of designatied sections / zone.

What you will do:

• Be the company’s front line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image
• Provide welcoming customer service and assist customers to enjoy their shopping experience
• Support with retail operations, stock replenishment, inventory management and housekeeping
• Ensure merchandise and displays are neatly arranged 

Required Skills to be successful:

1. Self-motivated and sales-driven
2. Prior work experience in a fast-paced retail sales preferred
3. Positive attitude and good demeanor with a strong commitment to customer serviceRetail operation hours 7am-11pm, rotating shifts (5 days work week, 2 off days)
4. Compulsory to commit retail hours including weekends weekly and public holidays
