What You Will Do:

Advising Customers

 

  • Greet customers with eye contact and a friendly demeanor to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify and address customer needs to provide a superior shopping experience.
  • Follow up on customer experience to ensure sales closure following Sales Code 2.0.
  • Coordinate with the Style Advisor when necessary to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Manage alterations to offer better customer service.
  • Utilize product knowledge to overcome customer objections and close sales.
  • Develop customer loyalty by ensuring a better shopping experience.

 

Maintaining Store Image

 

  • Ensure the store is organized and upholds the company standards.
  • Support display changes as required, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Incorporate new items into store displays following the company's visual merchandising criteria.

 

Providing Product Support

 

  • Receive and display products in the store when required.
  • Replenish products from store to stockroom as necessary to maintain stock availability.
  • Manage merchandise processes including packing overstock and stockroom organization.

 

Maintaining Corporate Image

 

  • Comply with the Massimo Dutti Lifestyle Guide.
  • Maintain professional appearance by wearing the full uniform smartly.

 

Technology Use

 

  • Use available tools to ensure products are accurately located and displayed.
  • Leverage RFID operating system to enhance store operations.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Secondary education required.

  • Experience with retail technologies like iPod, PDA, and TGT. Mastery in RFID systems preferred.
