Overview Of The Role:

  • The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in managing store operations across several regions. The role requires profound knowledge of RFID systems, ensuring stockroom and shop floor organization, effective stock enquiry handling, and efficient replenishment. This position is vital for maintaining operational standards, legal compliance, and health and safety practices within the store. As an integral part of the management team, the Operations Executive will implement self-assessment audits and devise actionable plans to improve store performance. Success in this role includes resourceful management of stock and adept problem-solving abilities. Being able to work independently while also collaborating with team members is essential.

What You Will Do:

General


  • Fully understand the general concept of RFID, including RFID Identity and RFID Reading.
  • Understand six benefits of RFID: Customer Service, Sale/Return, Inventory, Camion, Replenishment, Security.
  • Transfer stock to the stockroom, understand how it should be organized, and process overstock and faulties.
  • Handle stock enquiry efficiently and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of stock to maintain availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the Camion process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure the store is compliant with legal standards and that all employees are knowledgeable and trained on SOPs.
  • Implement store self-assessment audits, review internal audit reports, and work with management to devise and deliver action plans.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in all store areas, communicate with management about any accidents, and ensure safe work practices are known and adhered to.
