Overview Of The Role:

  • The Store Manager is responsible for achieving operational excellence across all store functions. This includes full P&L responsibility, brand compliance, and creating a productive work environment that embodies brand values and teamwork. The Store Manager plays a critical role in driving sales, optimizing stock management, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a safe, legally compliant store environment. Success in this role is measured by key retail KPIs including profitability, customer satisfaction, and stock management.

What You Will Do:

General


  • Lead store operations ensuring excellence in customer service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of store staff, ensuring a high-performance team.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain appropriate stock levels in accordance with SOPs.
  • Manage store budgets and financial operations, including monitoring sales targets and profitability.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales figures and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Coordinate with commercial, visual merchandising, and operations teams to optimize store layout and presentation.
  • Implement store events that align with brand guidelines to enhance customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular reviews of stock management processes and initiate improvements.
  • Facilitate service training for all staff to meet customer service standards and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage the store environment to meet legal standards.
  • Implement loss prevention procedures to minimize stock loss and maintain cash control.
  • Develop and execute a cost improvement plan to enhance store profitability.
  • Engage with employees to foster an inclusive and communicative work environment.

  • Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of retail KPIs.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex operational issues.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Over 8 years of experience in retail, preferably with fashion brands.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading store operations and managing large teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
