• The Visual Commercial Supervisor is responsible for enhancing the store's display and aesthetics in collaboration with the commercial manager to improve its commercial appeal. Success in this role involves effective visual merchandising, supporting commercial activities, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring all visual and product management processes are executed flawlessly. The incumbent will also play a critical role in training staff and maintaining a safe working environment.

Visual Merchandising

• Merchandise the store according to company guidelines.
• Promote new product lines effectively.
• Identify and implement creative visual ideas in collaboration with the commercial manager.
• Utilize in-store props and mannequins to enhance store visuals.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and provide comparative feedback.
• Maintain and utilize the Merchan app for daily operations.

Commercial Planning

• Understand and utilize the Gestion Retail app effectively.
• Analyze daily information and respond accordingly.
• Plan commercial and visual store activities daily, weekly, and seasonally.
• Handle different commercial challenges like delivery delays and sudden events.
• Collaborate with the operational team for optimal RFID practices.
• Monitor daily product replenishment to maintain high image standards.
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide product feedback.
• Manage product levels in store and communicate needs with senior management.
• Oversee product procedures including delivery, orders, and RFID reports.

Customer Service

• Deliver high-level customer service and implement action plans.
• Support with up-to-date product knowledge, including new arrivals and best sellers.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and refer complex issues to senior management.
• Offer product alternatives to customers where appropriate.

Training & Development

• Participate in training and development of commercial colleagues.
• Support training for new starters alongside management.
• Update and develop team product knowledge during morning meetings on novelties, promotions, layouts, actions, and trends.

Health & Safety

• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout the store.
• Communicate with senior management regarding any accidents.
• Be aware of potential risks to employees and customers, ensuring safe work practices are followed.
