Overview Of The Role:
- The Operations Responsible is accountable for all aspects of store operations and management of the back of house functions, including delivery processes, inventory management, and compliance standards. The role involves strategic planning and execution to ensure efficiency, capacity management, and problem resolution in support of company goals. Success in this role will be demonstrated by optimized operational processes, maintained compliance, and the effective management of resources and staff.
What You Will Do:
Stockroom Management
- Organize and maintain stockroom standards, layout, and efficiency.
- Oversee RFID devices and ensure proper practices and routines are followed in collaboration with the Commercial team.
- Plan and implement stockroom initiatives to solve capacity issues.
Delivery Management
- Manage delivery productivity to meet Company targets.
- Oversee the complete delivery process across 3 sections and handle unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensure ZARA Online storage within the store is correctly organized.
Security and Loss Prevention
- Support management with security measures to minimize stock loss and create action plans accordingly.
Team Coordination
- Maximize store coverage by scheduling staff across all sections effectively.
- Maintain effective communication with the General Services team to address maintenance issues.
Training and Development
- Identify potential operation talents in stores and coordinate with store manager, commercials, and HR.
- Develop training plans for store trainees to enhance operational skills according to Career Development Program (CDP).
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all areas of the store comply with legal requirements and employees are trained in compliance issues.
- Implement store self-assessment audits and joint action plans with management.
- Maintain good housekeeping throughout the store and manage safety protocols.

- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage training and development cycles effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in compliance and safety management.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- At least 3 years of experience in retail operations.
- Proficiency in managing the full training cycle, including in-person training activities.
- Ability to motivate employees to meet sales goals.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on personnel management.
