VCM/Floor Supervisor

• The Visual Commercial Supervisor works alongside the commercial manager to drive the store's image and commerciality. The role involves overseeing visual merchandising, ensuring high customer service standards, and managing commercial activities to optimize store performance. Responsibilities also include training staff, maintaining product levels, and adhering to health and safety standards. Success in this role hinges on creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of retail operations.

Visual

• In charge of merchandising the store in accordance with the company guidelines.
• Promote new lines effectively.
• Support the commercial manager to identify and action creative and visual ideas for the store.
• Appropriate use of the in-store props and internal mannequins to create visual displays.
• Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends and provide feedback on competitive activity.
• Understand and master the use of the Merchan app daily.

Commercial

• Deep understanding of Gestion Retail app.
• Analyse daily information and react appropriately.
• Plan the commercial and visual activity of the store daily, weekly, and seasonally.
• Deal with various commercial issues like delivery delays, picture adaptations, and sudden events.
• Work with the operational team to ensure optimal RFID practices.
• Monitor daily product replenishment and maintain high image standards.
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide product feedback.
• Control product levels in the store and communicate product needs to senior management.
• Manage all procedures related to product, including delivery preparation, orders, and RFID reports.

Customer Service

• Provide a high level of customer service and follow action plans.
• Support customer service with product knowledge on new arrivals, replenishments, and offering alternatives.
• Resolve customer queries and refer to senior management when necessary.

Training & Development

• Participate in training and development of commercial colleagues.
• Support training of new starters alongside management.
• Inform and develop product knowledge across the team in morning meetings including updates on novelties, promotions, and trends.

Health & Safety

• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all store areas.
• Communicate with senior management in case of an accident.
• Be aware of employee and customer risks and follow safe work practices and company procedures.
