Overview of the role:

Support the Tenant Coordination function by managing residential unit handovers, fit-out activities, and tenant coordination to ensure compliance with developer specifications and community standards. The role is responsible for facilitating smooth handover and fit-out processes, coordinating with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring operational activities are delivered efficiently and in line with project requirements. The position plays a key role in maintaining community standards, enhancing the resident experience, and supporting the successful operation of residential properties.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate and oversee tenant fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with developer specifications, approved drawings, and community guidelines.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth fit-out, move-in, and renovation processes.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor fit-out progress, identify non-compliance issues, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards.
  • Monitor maintenance activities related to tenant units and common areas, following up on preventive and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support property and community enhancement initiatives, ensuring works are completed in line with operational objectives and community standards.
  • Address tenant inquiries, coordinate issue resolution, and maintain positive relationships to deliver a high-quality resident experience.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on fit-out progress, maintenance activities, site inspections, and operational performance, providing timely updates and actionable insights.
  • Ensure all tenant activities comply with contractual obligations, developer requirements, and community regulations while supporting the efficient operation of residential properties.

Required Skills to be successful:

  • 1–3 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit-out, construction, property management, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate or residential development sector.
  • Proven experience coordinating tenant fit-out activities, site inspections, and working with developers, contractors, consultants, and residents.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out requirements, construction drawings, developer guidelines, and property management practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
  • Experience within residential developments, mixed-use communities, or property management is preferred.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage resident interactions professionally.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to maintaining community standards.
