Overview of the role:
To act on behalf of the Landlord as his representative to coordinate Tenants/homeowners designs, technical review for the MEP works & fit out, to ensure these are compliant with the Landlords specifications, design guidelines and requirements.
What you will do:
- Oversee the quality and standards of maintenance activities within the community, ensuring timely resolutions and proper implementation of preventive maintenance plans
- Manage & follow up the handover process for sold units, performing MEP snagging and de-snagging activities in compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare and submit detailed MEP reports on property performance, maintenance activities, and community services, ensuring timely and accurate communication of key insights.
- Monitor construction progress and provide the required site survey for inspecting MEP items in residential units to ensure on-time handover.
- Receive and attend to queries from owners and their consultants regarding MEP specification, utilities, available routing of services, etc.
Required Skills to be successful:
Minimum experience of 2 to 4 years with a consultant.
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional skills in HAP and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills
