Overview of the role:
Support the Tenant Coordination function by managing residential unit handovers, fit-out activities, and tenant coordination to ensure compliance with developer specifications and community standards. The role is responsible for facilitating smooth handover and fit-out processes, coordinating with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring operational activities are delivered efficiently and in line with project requirements. The position plays a key role in maintaining community standards, enhancing the resident experience, and supporting the successful operation of residential properties.
What you will do:
- Manage and coordinate residential unit handovers, including snagging and de-snagging activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and developer standards.
- Oversee tenant fit-out activities and ensure adherence to community guidelines, fit-out regulations, and approved specifications.
- Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth move-in, renovation, and handover processes.
- Monitor maintenance activities and follow up on preventive and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and high service standards.
- Support property and community enhancement initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with operational objectives.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and community standards while addressing operational issues proactively.
- Prepare and maintain reports on handovers, maintenance, community services, and operational performance, providing timely updates and actionable insights.
- Build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills to be successful:
- 1–3 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit-out, construction, handover management, or property management, preferably within the real estate or residential development sector.
- Proven experience coordinating unit handovers, fit-out activities, snagging/de-snagging, and working with developers, contractors, consultants, and residents.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, fit-out requirements, handover procedures, and property management practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
- Experience within residential developments, mixed-use communities, or property management is preferred.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage resident interactions professionally.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, resilience, and commitment to maintaining community standards.
