Overview Of The Role:

  • The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading the comprehensive recruitment process for specified business units. The role requires ensuring a highly satisfactory experience for Hiring Managers, Candidates, and Stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Partner maintains accountability for meeting KPIs and SLAs, ensuring alignment with business and group principles. By leveraging market insights, strategic sourcing, and assessment tools, the Partner will provide dependable manpower solutions and foster a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

What You Will Do:

Recruitment Process Management


  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process for designated business units, ensuring high satisfaction for Hiring Managers, Candidates, and Stakeholders.
  • Ensure recruitment efforts align with BU and group principles, following established methodologies for each position.
  • Adhere to KPIs and SLAs to maintain group standards.

Strategic Planning and Market Insights


  • Support manpower planning and scheduling for business units.
  • Contribute to the development of a Hiring Plan to fulfill budgeted manpower requirements.
  • Provide proactive insights into market trends during strategic planning stages.

Sourcing and Networking


  • Manage sourcing solutions by understanding business needs and growth plans.
  • Develop a network in the market to proactively fulfill manpower requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external talent for a future talent acquisition pipeline.

Assessment and Selection


  • Support business units with appropriate assessment tools for attracting and selecting talent.
  • Facilitate and record recruitment activities and results for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure merit-based selection by comparing assessment outcomes.

Tools and Resource Management


  • Utilize tools like Sniperhire (ATS), social media, and job boards effectively.
  • Plan and conduct assessment centers/open days to identify suitable candidates.
  • Develop Talent Pools in alignment with Hiring Plans and conduct thorough candidate assessments.
  • Manage offers in accordance with manpower budgets and rewards policies.

Performance and Process Optimization


  • Regularly review SLAs and recruitment processes with business units.
  • Suggest process improvements where necessary and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Collect feedback from business units to ensure satisfaction with processes.


Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Proficiency in recruitment and sourcing best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with external talent.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
  • Strong interviewing and personal assessment skills coupled with problem-solving abilities.
