Overview Of The Role:

  • The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for a high-performing workforce. Partnering with business leaders and HRBPs, the role involves stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, and enhancing the candidate experience. Combining market insights and proactive sourcing, the TA Partner contributes to shaping a diverse and future-ready workforce, making data-driven decisions to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

What You Will Do:

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management


  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Implement recruitment best practices to enhance quality of hire and improve hiring outcomes.

Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development


  • Deploy strategic sourcing methods to identify and attract diverse talent across key functions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles using market mapping and insights.
  • Stay informed on industry benchmarks and emerging sourcing strategies to maintain competitiveness.

Employer Brand & Candidate Engagement


  • Serve as a brand ambassador at recruitment events and professional forums.
  • Contribute to the employer brand strategy, positioning the company as an employer of choice.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication


  • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs, providing strategic guidance on hiring plans.
  • Ensure transparent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

Data-Driven Talent Decisions


  • Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics for data-informed decision-making.
  • Translate data insights into strategic recommendations to enhance recruitment efficiency.


Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities across diverse channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using recruitment data for strategic decision-making.
  • Solid business acumen with a deep understanding of real estate hiring needs.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within the real estate, contracting, or retail industry.
  • Strong sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SAP or other ATS platforms is advantageous.
