دعم مبيعات سوق الطعام السويدي من خلال العرض الجيد للمنتجات، الخدمة الفعالة، والمحافظة على تجربة تسوق إيجابية، بما يعزز مكانة إيكيا كأفضل متجر لتجهيزات المنزل في السوق المحلي.
Support Swedish Food Market sales through effective merchandising, customer service, and operational excellence to help position IKEA as the leading home furnishing store in the local market.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية / What you will do:

• تنفيذ أنشطة سوق الطعام السويدي ضمن التقويم التجاري للفرع

• ترتيب المنتجات وتوضيح الأسعار والعلامات حسب معايير إيكيا

• التأكد من جاهزية السوق قبل فتح المتجر

• تنفيذ الجرد الشهري ومتابعة مستويات المخزون

• الالتزام بإجراءات التشغيل ونمو السوق المحددة

• تنفيذ القوائم التشغيلية ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية

• المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب المنطقة وجودة الخدمة

• توفير تجربة تسوق مريحة وفعالة للعملاء

• تطوير المعرفة بمنتجات إيكيا الغذائية واستراتيجيات البيع

• Represent the IKEA brand and maintain area standards

• Implement and monitor market activities and stock accuracy

• Ensure clear product presentation, pricing, and availability

• Perform monthly stock takes and inventory control

• Maintain operational checklists and follow through on actions

• Deliver excellent customer service and area cleanliness

• Learn about food products and support promotional efforts

المتطلبات / What you wil need:

• خبرة 1–2 سنوات في البيع بالتجزئة أو خدمات الطعام

• القدرة على تعدد المهام والعمل في بيئة سريعة التغير

•   إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بسيطة

• 1–2 years of retail or food service experience

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic English proficiency required
