Overview of the Role
We are looking for a customer focused Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service experience. You will manage the complete customer journey—from appointment booking to vehicle delivery, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, accurate repair order preparation, and seamless communication. This role directly supports the Section Head in achieving customer satisfaction, revenue, and operational efficiency targets.
What You Will Do
• Welcome customers professionally and manage smooth checking and check out processes.
• Prepare accurate Repair Orders (ROs), capturing customer concerns, required labour and parts.
• Explain repair scope, estimated costs, and delivery timelines clearly and transparently.
• Actively upsell labour, parts, and valued services to meet revenue targets.
• Follow up on vehicle progress and keep customers updated throughout the repair cycle.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure full compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
• Support customer retention by delivering a consistently high quality service experience.
Required Skills to Be Successful
• 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or within automotive aftersales reception.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Good knowledge of automotive service operations, labour, and spare parts processes.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
About the Team
You will be part of the Aftersales – Tier 2 team, working closely with the Aftersales Supervisor, technicians, workshop controller, and parts advisors. The team is collaborative, process driven, and committed to delivering a smooth and professional service experience for every customer. You will work in a high energy automotive environment where customer satisfaction and repair quality are key priorities.
What Equips You for the Role
• Prior experience in an automotive dealership is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, service processes, and workshop coordination.
• Ability to identify challenges, apply established procedures, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and work effectively under pressure.
• Solid computer literacy (DMS, MS Word, MS Excel).
• Sales mindset with strong negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in repair order preparation.
