We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement professional to join our Group Procurement in the capacity of Senior Procurement Manager, Transformation

 

Overview of the role

The Senior Procurement Manager, Transformation will lead critical strategic procurement initiatives, with a strong focus on digital transformation and process optimization, leveraging their expertise in SAP Ariba and a solid foundation in computer engineering. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, enhancing transparency, and fostering best-in-class procurement practices across the group, particularly as we implement and optimize procurement technologies

 

What you will do

  • Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and efficiency gains within the procurement function.
  • Champion change management efforts related to process automation and standardization, ensuring successful adoption across business units.
  • Drive the effective utilization and optimization of SAP Ariba modules e.g., Sourcing, Contracts, P2P, Supplier Management), working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Oversee data integrity and reporting capabilities within SAP Ariba, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage complex procurement projects end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and Business Units to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on project progress, performance, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all business units to understand their needs and align procurement strategies with their objectives.

 

Required skills to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience and in-depth expertise with SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Sourcing, Contracts, P2P, SLP/SIM) is a must.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing, digital transformation, and process improvement.
