Overview of the role:

The Sales Assistant is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations.

What you will do:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate and explain products clearly and confidently
• Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
• Assist with purchases, including locating items or placing special orders
• Process payments, returns, and exchanges using the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Support other duties as needed to ensure smooth store operations

التشاور مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم وتفضيلاتهم
عرض وشرح المنتجات بوضوح وثقة
تقديم توصيات ومنتجات مناسبة بناءً على احتياجات العملاء
الرد على استفسارات العملاء وتقديم معلومات دقيقة عن المنتجات
المساعدة في عمليات الشراء، بما في ذلك البحث عن المنتجات أو تقديم طلبات خاصة
معالجة عمليات الدفع والإرجاع والاستبدال باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع (POS)
الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم وترتيب منطقة المبيعات
دعم المهام الأخرى حسب الحاجة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

 

What you will need:

• Sales/customer service experience preferred
• Good verbal communication and active listening skills
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Confidence in recommending products and closing sales
• Ability to learn and use POS systems and product information quickly
