ROLE PURPOSE:

Create the influencer program from scratch, end to end Management of Affiliates, Influencers of Performance marketing Operations and Strategies to meet Retail’s KPIs and requirements. (Revenues, Customer Acquisition) for both Brick and Mortar and e-Commerce.

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for starting influencers and affiliate programs from scratch, acquiring and improving new affiliate and influencers partners on ROAS or Cost per Sale base to run effective and creative campaigns for all Al-Futtaim brands, you already have solid connections with reliable affiliates and influencers in the MENA region
  • You will be comfortable Multitasking and running campaigns for various retail brands of Al Futtaim Group in a variety of different industry verticals (Home, Fashion, Toys, etc.)
  • You will be an expert always on up to date with the latest affiliates and influencers trends and techs and will know how to manage budgets to meet Revenue Targets as well as different KPIs
  • You will be open minded with an appetite to learn and you are a solution provider.
  • Capable to provide different payment models and reward schemes to improve the performance of current affiliates and influencers

 

KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Manage day to day Affiliates and Influencers campaigns

  • Strategy & Execution
  • Acquire relevant affiliates and influencers for Al-Futtaim brand
  • Daily monitoring, tracking each single affiliate and influencer

Reporting

Delivering influencers and affiliates reports and insights to the performance team and internal stakeholders.

Strategy & optimization

  • Identifying growth opportunities, new influencers and affiliates, different content strategy for each brand to create a unique tone of voice for each brand
  • Addressing and escalating influencers and affiliates performance issues

Teamwork

  • Create relationship & workflows within the department
  • Work with al Al-Futtaim retail brands

Personal Development

  • Develop knowledge into advanced tracking
  • Develop knowledge in tools that can improve Influencers and affiliates performance (Tune for example)

 

Responsibilities and experience:

  • Lead influencer, KOL, affiliates campaigns from ideation, execution, to data analysis and reporting
  • Cultivate and develop influencer and editorial relationships; and help build a community of Tencent Ambassadors
  • Work with best-in-class agency partners and cross-functional teams to define and establish influencer standard
  • Present to internal stakeholders, methodologies, process, and campaign recapping
  • Lead influencer recruitment strategy, in alignment with internal brand objectives & KPI's
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create story arcs and marketing strategies to ensure content outputs meets brand standards
  • Confidently lead nano, micro, and macro influencer campaigns
  • Execute front-line response and increase follower retention, conversion, engagement, and brand loyalty by proactively monitoring and engaging in online social communities

 

Job-Specific Skills:

  • 5+ years of professional experience leading influencer marketing strategy and campaign execution for an influencer network, agency within Retail or fashion space
  • Native Arabic Speaker & Fluency in English
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of current and emerging social media platforms
  • Must have a huge database of social media influencers / celebrities within the MENA region
  • Strong background running influencer marketing / ambassador programs across MENA
  • Experience with influencer and social management tools
