Overview Of The Role:

  • The LC Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of low current systems. The role requires meticulous attention to maintaining system asset registers and meeting service level agreements for complaint resolution. The engineer will work on complex projects, requiring excellent project management skills to meet tight deadlines and handle operational challenges. Building strong stakeholder relationships and managing vendor communications are critical components of the position. Success requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage time and priorities efficiently.

What you will do:

  • Handling ISOP platform integration with LC systems with coordination with CM team
  • Following up LC systems troubleshooting
  • Monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) approved by Facilities Management, by reviewing reports and schedules with service providers
  • Ensure that the Asset Register is up to date regarding additions, omitting, and changes
  • Assist the maintenance provider for trouble shooting MEP issues by providing diagnosis from LC for faster response
  • Coordinate with construction team regarding handover process towards LC systems to ensure system quality

 

Required Skills to be successful:

Minimum experience of 3 years in the LC system programming, testing and commissioning 

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or communication Engineering.
  • Experience in LC systems operation and maintenance
  • Experience in LC systems repairing and fault rectification
  • Experience in the installation of systems component
  • Carry out electrical maintenance work, such as repair or replacement of control panel equipment’s, including NVRs, and instrumentation devices, by applying the right tools
  • Experience in the integration between BMS system and low current systems such as fire Alarm and access control panels
