تحت إشراف مدير قسم الطعام والمشروبات، قيادة فريق الطعام لضمان تنفيذ مفهوم خدمة الطعام في مطعم إيكيا، المقهى، البسترو، سوق الطعام السويدي، ومطعم العاملين، مع التركيز على إدارة العمليات اليومية بأعلى معايير الجودة لتعزيز مكانة متجر إيكيا كأفضل وجهة لتجهيزات المنزل في السوق المحلي

 

Overview of the role:

Under the supervision of the Food & Beverages Manager, lead the food team to ensure the successful execution of the IKEA Food Service Concept across the IKEA Restaurant, Café, Bistro, Swedish Food Market, and co-worker restaurant by managing daily operations to the highest standards, strengthening IKEA’s position as the best home furnishing store in the local market

المحافظة على جودة وسلامة الطعام وفق المعايير.

دعم تنفيذ خطط عمل الطعام والأنشطة التسويقية.

تدريب وتطوير أعضاء الفريق لتحسين الأداء.

متابعة ملاحظات العملاء والعمل على تحسين الخدمة باستمرار.

 

What you will do:

  • Supervise and motivate the food service team to deliver high standards.

  • Ensure food areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.

  • Maintain quality and safety standards.

  • Support implementation of IKEA food service plans and marketing activities.

  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance.

  • Monitor customer feedback and drive continuous improvements.

 

المتطلبات:

شهادة الثانوية العامة أو دبلوم في الضيافة أو الطهي (يفضل).

خبرة إشرافية 2-3 سنوات في مجال خدمة الطعام أو البيع بالتجزئة.

مهارات قيادة وإدارة فريق قوية.

القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الحركة.

مهارات تواصل جيدة ومعرفة أساسية بالحاسوب.

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية

 

What you will need:

  • 2-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.

  • High school or trade school graduate (hospitality or culinary preferred).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication skills in English and basic computer literacy.
