هدف الوظيفة / Overview of the role:
تحت إشراف مدير IFB، يتولى أمين المخزن مسؤولية طلب واستلام وتنظيم المنتجات الغذائية وضمان توفرها بما يتماشى مع معايير الجودة والسلامة في إيكيا.
Reporting to the IFB Manager, the Store Keeper handles ordering, receiving, and organizing food products, ensuring availability in line with IKEA’s quality and safety standards.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية / What you will do:

• تنفيذ طلبات واستلام المنتجات الغذائية حسب الإجراءات

• متابعة مستويات المخزون والتصرف في حالات النقص أو الفائض

• تنظيم المخزن والحفاظ على النظافة والسلامة

• إعداد تقارير الجرد الشهرية والتفاوتات

• التواصل مع الموردين وتنسيق عمليات التوريد

• إدخال البيانات في نظام نافيشن ومتابعة الفواتير

• Process and track food orders and deliveries

• Monitor stock levels; manage overstock/shortage

• Keep storage areas organized and compliant with safety standards

• Prepare monthly stock reports and discrepancies

• Coordinate with suppliers and handle data in Navision

• Follow up on invoices with finance

المتطلبات / What you will need:

• شهادة ثانوية أو دبلوم مهني

• 3–4 سنوات خبرة في الشراء أو المخزون الغذائي

• القدرة على العمل البدني والحركة المستمرة

• High school diploma or vocational certificate

• 3–4 years experience in food purchasing or inventory

• Physical ability to handle regular movement and lifting
