About the Position

Role Purpose

To ensure all the HR processes and procedures are properly carried out with compliance to all group policies.


Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain HR policies & procedures                                 
  • Create monthly payroll reports procedure on SAP system
  • Monitory the leave balance credit of employees
  • opening bank account for new comers and update in SAP system
  • Monitory in separation process and generate monthly reports
  • Monitory the renewal and generate contracts
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting employees
  • Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.


About You

Education: University graduate, preferably with business administration major

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:  7-10  years of experience

Job-Specific Skills:  

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • Team work oriented; 
  • attentive to details
  • capable of working under stress
