Overview of the role
To ensure all the HR processes and procedures are properly carried out with compliance to all group policies
What you will do
- Receive and optimally respond to service inquiries and requests with timely, accurate, and professional replies while managing multiple contact channels and dynamic work
- Provide insight, first-line support for all routine employee inquiries, and explanation on HR system and administrative activities in support of HR processes
- Knowledge of and ability to adhere to and update Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices and promote the establishment and update of the human-consulting service knowledge base
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of HR consulting work orders, and make analysis and inspection regularly
- Monitor monthly payroll reports procedure and ensure reconciliation with Finance records.
- Proven experience delivering a high level of customer service
- Partner with internal stakeholders Compliance, audit, legal & Finance.
- Monitory the leave balance credit of employees
- Monitory in separation process and generate monthly reports
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting employees
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Ensure that all policy and rules are followed according to the Delegation of Authority
- Supervise, lead local HR to deliver day to day operational support (People process, data accuracy)
- Support HRIS solution implementations, partnering with IT and vendors to ensure a smooth execution and no disruption to employee experience.
- Expertise of HR technologies & design principles: Expertise in HR current and emerging technology and its implementation.
- Review and manage the status & volumes of daily workload. Ensure effective management of resource is in place for peak times to ensure business demands are met and ensure that those carrying out the tasks know what is expected of them

What equips you for the role
- Knowledge of HRIS (SAP/SuccessFactors preferred)
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources, or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources, familiar with internal transfer, paid-time-off, legal welfare policies, etc
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and multicultural environment to handle multiple, competing priorities, and short deadlines
- Strong collaborative partnership skills to ensure the effective resolution of inquiries;
- Excellent learning ability, careful and patient, and with strong work enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility
- Must have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
