Overview Of The Role:

  • The HR Executive in People Services is pivotal in delivering efficient HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle in Egypt. This role ensures seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, accurate leave management, and proper handling of employment contracts and renewals. It demands high data integrity, adherence to Egyptian labor laws, and exemplary service delivery to employees and stakeholders, supported by robust organizational management initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Onboarding & Offboarding


  • Support and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including employee data setup, documentation, and system updates.
  • Coordinate and manage the offboarding process for departing employees in line with company policies and Egyptian labour law.
  • Ensure completion and documentation of all offboarding activities, including asset return, system and access deactivation, and required paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding and offboarding records in HR systems and personnel files.

Leave Management


  • Monitor employee leave balances to ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies and Egyptian labor law.
  • Oversee leave carry-forward activities, including validation and system checks.
  • Perform periodic audits and data checks on leave balances in the HR system.
  • Support employees and managers by responding to leave-related inquiries and escalating discrepancies when required.
  • Coordinate with HRIS or relevant teams to resolve system-related leave balance issues.

Organizational & Position Management


  • Support organizational management activities, including position creation, position changes, and employee data updates.
  • Ensure organizational and position data is accurately maintained in SAP/SuccessFactors.
  • Perform regular data accuracy and consistency checks.

Employment Contracts & Renewals


  • Coordinate employment contract renewals to ensure timely completion in line with Egyptian labor law and internal company policies.
  • Track contract end dates and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure renewals are completed on time.
  • Support the preparation and circulation of contract renewal documentation as required.
  • Ensure all signed contracts and related documents are accurately archived in employee personnel files.


Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Proficient in SAP/SuccessFactors for organizational and position management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to manage initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced technical skills with Power Apps & Power Query.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) required.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to own initiatives within a very dynamic environment.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
