Overview of the role

The HR Executive reports to the People Services Manager and supports the HR people services process.  

 

What you will do

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of offboarding activities, including the return of company assets, access revocation, and necessary paperwork.
  • Ensures maintenance of all relevant HR related data is correct and complete. Ensures compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines.
  • Performs country specific Data consistency check. Ensures all People Service Delivery performance metrics and KPIs are met.
  • Resolves People Services related queries and issues within the standard established time frames raised by various stakeholders, incl. employees. Review, balance.
  • Close collaboration with country HR partners to manage operation inquiries, escalations, and stakeholder management. Provides regular training to new and established stakeholders on the use of the People Services system. Update and maintain employee’s personnel files, database in hard & soft.
  • Extracts regular and ad hoc reports needed for HRSS upon request and get support from reporting team when needed
  • Contributes to and supports projects in scope for HRSS. Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Required Skills to be successful

  1. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  2. Very good command of Arabic and English language
  3. Problem solving and analytical skills.

 

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR Payroll, Personnel management, and basic knowledge of taxation (Masters degree is preferred).
  • Ability to own initiatives within a very dynamic environment
  • Proficient with computer usage of Microsoft office, SAP Success Factors.
