Overview of the role:

The General Supervisor – Admin is responsible for ensuring the disciplined execution of day-to-day administrative operations, including financial tracking, telecom governance, and consumption control, while maintaining high levels of accuracy, compliance, and operational continuity. The role also supports effective coordination across functions to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to established policies and procedures.

What you will do:

  • Monitor telecom accounts and SIM card allocations with monthly consumption verification
  • Track pantry consumables and conduct monthly trend analysis
  • Process telecom and consumables payments accurately and on time
  • Manage petty cash disbursement and monthly settlement reconciliation
  • Monitor parking subscriptions and monthly allocation tracking
  • Prepare expense reports and ensure secure handling of sensitive data
  • Manage shared admin email box and ensure unified communication

Required Skills to be successful:

  • 4 –7 years of experience in administrative supervision or operational coordination
  • Experience handling financial tracking and vendor-related processes
  • Exposure to reporting and reconciliation activities

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Knowledge of expense tracking and petty cash processes
  • Basic understanding of compliance and documentation control
  • Familiarity with telecom and vendor account monitoring
