Overview of the role:

Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis to support strategic decision-making across the Real Estate business. The role is responsible for driving the end-to-end planning cycle, partnering with cross-functional teams, Regional Finance, Group Finance, and Asset Management to deliver accurate financial insights, performance reporting, and business recommendations. The position plays a key role in strengthening financial governance, enhancing planning and reporting processes, supporting business strategy, and acting as a trusted finance business partner to drive operational and commercial performance while ensuring compliance with Group policies and financial standards.

What you will do:

• Lead the monthly financial reporting and closing process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results through detailed account analysis, balance sheet reviews, and timely reporting.
• Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages, financial performance reviews, and analytical insights to support business and leadership decision-making.
• Drive the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, long-term strategic planning, and cash flow forecasting to support business objectives and funding requirements.
• Partner with Treasury and key business stakeholders to support project financing, cash flow management, and capital planning across the Real Estate portfolio.
• Monitor business performance through financial analysis, variance reporting, and key performance indicators, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Develop financial models, reports, and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational planning.
• Establish and maintain effective budgetary controls for operating and capital expenditures while ensuring compliance with financial policies and governance standards.
• Provide commercial finance support by reviewing lease agreements, analyzing leasing performance, revenue, receivables, and working capital to drive business performance.
• Act as the key finance business partner between Business Teams, Shared Services, Regional Finance, Group Finance, Treasury, and Internal and External Audit, ensuring effective financial governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including reporting automation, process optimization, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects to strengthen financial planning and reporting capabilities.

Required Skills to be successful:

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, or Accounting, including a minimum of 2 years within the Real Estate industry. Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Project Management environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.
• Proven experience preparing financial statements, conducting variance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights and commercial business partnering.
• Hands-on experience with ERP financial systems, preferably SAP and Yardi, with exposure to financial reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS), IAS/IFRS, and financial governance within a corporate environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business decisions and communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
