Overview of the Role
We are looking for a reliable and safety conscious Driver to support smooth company operations. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting employees, handling official documents, completing internal and external administrative tasks, and ensuring safe operation of company vehicles. You will play a key part in supporting logistics functions, including the transport of tires, work materials, and supplies across branches and governorates.

 

What You Will Do
•    Execute internal administrative tasks in coordination with Finance, Administration, and operational teams.
•    Handle external company errands, including visits to banks, government authorities, and official entities.
•    Collect, deliver, and submit official company documents accurately and on time.
•    Transport employees as per management instructions.
•    Safely operate company vehicles and ensure adherence to traffic rules and company safety standards.
•    Support logistical needs by transporting tires, materials, and company supplies to customers or branches.
•    Complete assigned travel tasks to different governorates when required.
•    Report any issues, delays, or risks immediately to your supervisor.

 

Required Skills to Be Successful
•    Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a company driver or messenger (automotive sector preferred).
•    A Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
•    Valid driving license (private or professional, as applicable).
•    Strong knowledge of Cairo and governorate routes.

 

About the Team
You will be part of the Administration function within the Automotive Business Unit, reporting to the Government Relations Supervisor. The team works closely with Finance, Warehouse, Aftersales, and Operations, ensuring seamless coordination of daily business activities. You will also interact with external stakeholders such as government bodies, banks, customers, suppliers, and service providers.
