Overview of the role:

Lead and manage the architectural design function across real estate projects, ensuring alignment with the overall development vision, regulatory and authority requirements, and defined project objectives, while maintaining high standards of design quality and coordination throughout all project phases.

What you will do:

• Prepare and define detailed scopes of work.
• Conduct technical evaluations of bidders.
• Monitor project KPIs and track development progress against GLA and defined targets.
• Lead the full design development process from concept through to construction.
• Manage and oversee consultants throughout all project phases.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian codes and authority requirements.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, structural teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring design quality, functionality, and constructability.
• Follow up on design-related aspects during construction and ensure proper coordination with contractors as needed.

Required Skills to be successful:

15+ years of experience in architecture and design management, including design review and coordination.

What equips you for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is preferred; Civil/Structural Engineering is accepted. PMP certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in managing design processes and coordinating between international and local consultants, with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on architectural experience is essential, along with involvement in preparing scopes of work.
• Strong capabilities in architectural design, coordination, and design review.
•  Proficiency in SketchUp and Revit is a plus.
