About the Position

Role Purpose

Responsible of Clients Relations Management & Follow-up. Position will focus on developing and maintaining good relationship with customers and build trust, goodwill and confidence, coupled with well presenting the company and guarding the company’s image, reputation and rights.

Key Accountabilities

 Create, implement and measure the pre-aligned Customer Service targets at all stages of the Customer Journey.

 Implements strategic plans to complete daily operations.

 Create Community and Client experience 

 Events Scheduling.

 Insights for Community Engagement.

 Create and Overlook complementing program

 Coordinate and support the digital platform launch 

 Track Community Activity.

 Manage Key Accounts 

 Customer Feedback Consolidation

 Web based Feedback

 Customer Satisfaction Survey

 Customer Data Sheet.

 Segmentation 

 Provide after-sale services to customers by resolving any concerns or issues brought up by customers regarding contractual agreement, plan layout changes, or finishing requirements.


About You

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: As previously defined

Minimum Experience: 7 years


Job-Specific Skills: 

• Strong communication skills 

• Organize and prioritize work

• Ability to work under pressure

• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances

• Work effectively within a team

• Must have a strong understanding of AutoCAD & Photoshop

• Administrative skills with strong computer literacy
