Overview of the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Storekeeper to join our dynamic team in the Automotive division. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming goods, as well as supporting logistic activities.

What You Will Do
•    Oversee warehouse activities, including preparing picking and packing for B2B delivery and other sales channels.
•    Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conduct weekly performance reviews using key performance indicators (KPIs).
•    Support the team in picking and packing oils, batteries, and other parts.
•    Manage stock availability for the branch and coordinate replenishment with the Parts Stock Controller.
•    Guarantee accurate picking, packing, and collection processes as per standard operating procedure (SOP).

Required Skills to Be Successful
•    A B.Sc. or equivalent qualification
•    1-3 years of experience in a similar role
•    Ability to follow health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

About the Team
You will be part of a dedicated team in the Automotive division, working closely with the Storekeeper and other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Our team values collaboration, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.

What Equips You for the Role
•    Previous experience within the Automotive industry is highly beneficial
•    Automotive Aftersales exposure is preferred but not essential
•    Strong communication skills in Arabic and good proficiency in English
•    Proactive, hardworking, and motivated approach
•    Good time management skills and ability to accept additional tasks and duties
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tool
