Overview of the role:

This role is responsible for assisting Development and Senior Development Managers in implementing the development process, through different project steps up to and including the practical completion, to ensure the achievement of the project vision.

What you will do:

  • Assist in preparing Development Briefs for new developments and ensure the adherence of all departments to the Development Brief throughout all the project phases
  • Assist in Monitoring   Development Briefs and Reports, including identification of opportunities/risks; site conditions; outline project/stakeholders requirements; cost estimates and anticipated revenues; market studies; range of consultants and others to be engaged for the project; project feasibility studies and appraisals; funding options; project timeframe; proposed future actions and recommendations; project KPI’s
  • Assist in Preparing Business Cases to prepare and obtain different documents required for the preparation and approval of Preliminary, Investment, and Project Budgets by coordinating with different stakeholders to develop necessary documents and studies in compliance with AFGRE policies and procedures;
  • Assist in monitoring performance; report on development; review programs; and confirm cost and program compliance with business cases and present designs to ensure adherence to time, cost, and quality requirements; Review project dashboards with respect to feasibility assumptions in terms of anticipated costs and forecasted revenues.
  • Assist in Monitoring Sales Trends of various products and prepare the corresponding Sales and Pricing strategies, considering the sales targets and the actual sales absorption rates.
  • Attend Project Progress meetings and monitor project progress across all development stages.
  • Support and assist the Development and Senior Development Managers in implementing the development vision.

 

Required Skills to be successful:

Minimum experience of 5 years with at least 1 year in a Real Estate Development Company.

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering.
  • Arabic and English proficiency is a must.
  • Professional skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and AutoCAD.
