Overview Of The Role:

• The ERP Implementation and Financial Management Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of ERP systems, particularly ERP SAP RAIS, and ensuring seamless integration with existing financial processes. This role is essential for managing and resolving financial discrepancies and disputes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining the integrity of financial records. Success in this role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle pressure from various teams and meeting deadlines. The role holder will play a vital part in aligning financial reporting with organizational strategic objectives and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

What You Will Do:

• Lead any new ERP implementation with a focus on supporting ERP SAP RAIS.
• Support the I2P and all business unit teams in releasing the company financial statements and leading discussions with external auditors to resolve disputes.
• Control all records, bookings, and retrieval actions for the general ledger transactions.
• Coordinate consistently with the R2R team at Egypt SSFC to resolve financial statement issues.
• Maintain accurate tracking for GL aspects and lead efforts to address pending misstatements.
• Monitor, control, and clear owner association issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Proven expertise in SAP systems, with a special emphasis on ERP SAP RAIS implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.
• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in leading discussions and meetings effectively with business units and regional teams.
• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
