About the Position
Key Accountabilities

- Oversee the administrative operations of a business. In charge of the department’s day-to-day functions as well as supervising and supporting Admin staff.
- Handle the regular payments such as telephone, outsource, Buffet consumables, printing Materials, and review Purchasing Order (PO) and Good Receiving Note (GRN) on the SAP System      and coordinate with finance to release the payments.

-Handle Admin budget, find ways to reduce costs of supplies and services and monitor the flow of money to ensure they stay within their proposed budget. They will often work with the   accounting or accounts receivable departments closely to perform these duties.
-Manage telecommunication account by Distribute, manage mobile, and land lines (billing, distributing, purchasing devices. Monthly points management)-Facilitate new hires packages (Line   with suitable packages, device and USB Modems (if requested) and send monthly report for orange points.
- performing outsource human resource tasks such as hiring and training Admin staff. This may include reviewing applications, conducting interviews, arrange new hire process with outsource   provider and ensure that all process are align with Egyptian labor law. Conduct performance evaluations; handle disciplinary actions and process payroll for all outsource staff.
- Implement Hotel accommodation, flight tickets, meets& Assist and transportation for executive managers and for the monthly board meeting, issue paper work for hotel accommodation and   flight tickets, and prepare weekly report for inbound and outbound.

-Renewal contracts for Admin Department (Travel services agreements, outsource provider, telecommunications provider, courier suppliers and any related agreements) in accordance with   commercial department and adhere to company policy to ensure the best profitability for our company.

 -Maintains cash records and prepares petty cash reimbursements summary.
- Manage all company shipments (Domestic&international and tracking for all company shipments
- Manage company events, meeting, and trainings and facilitate requirements according to business needs
 - pre-qualify new suppliers and evaluate the performance of the current ones according to the internal procedures, to enhance the Company's approved vendors' list.

-Any other tasks required for Admin Dep.
