Overview of the role:
The Admin Manager is responsible for leading the governance, optimization, and strategic oversight of all administrative operations across the organization, ensuring cost efficiency, process maturity, compliance integrity, and consistent service excellence while supporting overall business objectives and operational effectiveness.
What you will do:
- Lead the development and continuous enhancement of SOPs and SLAs across all administrative functions, ensuring high process maturity and consistency.
- Establish and maintain reporting dashboards covering cost control, vendor performance, and service quality, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Oversee vendor selection, negotiations, and performance management to ensure optimal service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Manage and control the annual admin budget and petty cash, ensuring strong financial governance and discipline.
- Ensure audit readiness and enforce compliance controls across all administrative activities.
- Drive fleet optimization and transformation initiatives to improve cost efficiency and utilization.
- Lead, develop, and upskill the admin team through structured training and succession planning initiatives.
Required Skills to be successful:
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in Administration, Facilities, or Operations Management
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- Proven experience in cost optimization and vendor negotiations

- Knowledge of budgeting, financial control, and vendor contract management
- Understanding of audit frameworks and compliance controls
- Knowledge of facilities and fleet management principles
