Overview of the role:

Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports. Assist the Manager with market analytics and budgeting. Support the MIS Manager in building new systems and KPI dashboards using Alteryx, Tableau, DataBricks, and Power BI. Handle ad-hoc data and MIS information requests as necessary.

What you will do:

• Organizing and managing of MIS reports, contribute to the budget reports and assist immediate manager in new initiatives, projects and operations
• To support and develop new systems, reporting, KPI dashboards using Altryx, Tableau, Data Briks across UAE and International market areas.
• Maintain all the data relating to MIS and needed for budget preparation correctly every month so that requested/required reports are prepared correctly as and when required.
• Assist in preparing & completing annual budget for the department accurately with supporting’s and within time limits. 
• To prepare and maintain all sales report and data preparation & distribution to sales managers.
• To ensure correctness of Sales & Gross Margin and the expenses reflected before book closing each month.
• Liaise with business finance & divisions for validation and booking of any expense/Income.
• Prepare quarterly forecast and monthly flash reports for the business and ensure timely submission.
• Liaise with finance team on monthly sales target confirmation, Incentive validation of sales team and expense booking every month.
• Calculate Rebate/campaign calculations for Brands under which respective Scheme are carried out for the year.
• Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior or manager, if necessary
• Adhere to QMS departmental SOPs

• Commercial acumen, clear strategic thinking, and ability to create buy-in and influence at a senior level
• Strong data analytical, evaluation and interpretation skills
• Target oriented and drive to exceed demanding challenges
• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels

About the team:

In this position you will be working in a fast paced and diverse Automotive Aftersales environment. You will be reporting to the Senior MIS Manager

What equips you for the role:

• Degree Holder. Master Degree will be advantage
• Proficiency in SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, DataBricks, and extensive MS Office knowledge (Excel and Power BI).
• Analytical, focused, task-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
