Role Description:-

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Business Development Manager in Orient Insurance Company. The person will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying suitable insurance solutions for prospective clients. Major tasks include lead generation, preparing proposals, presenting insurance quotes via tools and customized plans, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction. The role demands proactive communication with clients, an understanding of their needs, and a focus on delivering outstanding service throughout the sales cycle.

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Candidates to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying suitable insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and expand the client portfolio through proactive business development activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions.
• Prepare proposals, present insurance quotes, and customize plans using internal tools and systems.
• Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications:-

> Proven experience in Sales and Relationship Management, including lead generation and client retention
> Knowledge of Insurance Solutions, including Property, SME & Individual Medical, Marine , Motor , liability Insurance and other general lines.
> Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Proposal Preparation skills
> Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
> Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills
> Familiarity with the UAE market and regulatory framework is advantageous
> Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field &/or relevant certifications in insurance or risk management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Local insurance Industry
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Holding current portfolio of existing clients and prospects
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
• Knowledge of insurance products and market practices in the UAE
