• The Sales Associate cum Cashier supports the store's objectives by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining the designated sections, and ensuring high standards in stock management. This role is crucial for sustaining store operations and achieving sales targets. The individual must be proactive in stock handling, adept in customer interactions, and contribute effectively to the store’s upkeep and promotional activities.

General

• Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your Manager, ensuring a basic image of the area with proper folding and displaying of merchandise.
• Ensure customers are acknowledged and receive high-quality service, whether face-to-face or over the telephone.
• Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging items efficiently.
• Actively participate in the delivery process and ensure new stocks are available for replenishment on the shop floor before the store opens.
• Continually develop knowledge of stocks and promotions available throughout the store.
• Support the management team in following the sale preparation plan to achieve set targets.
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas within the store, contributing to a clean and organized shopping environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to effectively organize and manage the stockroom and sales floor areas.
• Familiarity with retail operations and promotional activities within the store.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and handle the physical demands of stocking and customer interactions.

• Experience managing a fast-paced retail operation is required.
• Must possess a passion for engaging with people and an efficient approach to processes.
• Must be systematic and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work a 5-day work week, including rotated shifts, is necessary.
