• The Sales Associate cum Cashier role is integral in supporting the store's objectives by offering excellent service that aligns with store needs. Responsibilities include maintaining designated store sections, ensuring the effective presentation and organization of merchandise, and contributing to sales efforts by promoting store promotions and achieving target sales. Success in this role requires a strong focus on customer service and maintaining high standards in stock and store cleanliness, contributing to an elevated shopping experience.

General

• Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your Manager keeping a basic image of the area, including folding and displaying merchandise.
• Ensure that customers are acknowledged and receive quality service, whether face-to-face or via telephone.
• Organize and arrange the stockroom efficiently to maintain excellent standards.
• Participate actively in the delivery process and ensure new stock is available for replenishment on the shop floor before the store opens.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of stock and promotions throughout the store.
• Support the management team by following the sale preparation plan to achieve set targets.
• Maintain good housekeeping throughout all areas in the store consistently.

• Excellent customer service skills, focused on acknowledgment and quality delivery.
• Efficient organization and stock management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agility in following store procedures and aiding in operational plans.

• Experience managing a fast-paced retail operation.
• Passion for people and processes.
• Strong systematic and organized approach to work.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes rotated shifts.
• Eligibility to work in Malaysia.
