• The Retail Assistant is responsible for supporting store objectives by delivering excellent service, maintaining designated sections, and ensuring effective store upkeep. Success in this role involves keeping store sections organized, providing exceptional customer service, aiding in stock management, and supporting store sales strategies. The role functions within the fast-paced environment of the fashion business unit.

General

• Maintain responsibility for designated sections of the store, ensuring they are well-maintained, including folding and displaying items neatly.
• Acknowledge customers and provide quality service both in-person and over the phone.
• Organize and efficiently arrange items in the stockroom to maintain excellent standards.
• Participate actively in the delivery process, ensuring new stock is replenished on the shop floor before opening hours.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of stock and promotions across the store.
• Assist the management team in achieving targets by following the sale preparation plan.
• Maintain good housekeeping throughout all areas of the store.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and maintain stock efficiently.

• Proactive participation in store operations.

• Experience managing a fast-paced retail operation.
• Passion for people and processes.
• Organized and systematic approach to work.
• Willingness to work a 5-day work week with rotated shifts.
• Eligibility to work in Malaysia.
