Overview of the role

The Aftersales Manager will be primarily focusing on strategizing to achieve revenue targets while leading and motivating the workshop team to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction remains high.

 

What you will do

  • Responsible for developing and execution of Aftersales strategies to achieve set workshop revenue targets and objectives.
  • Lead, inspire and guide the workshop team to achieve set targets and objectives while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze workshop performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
  • Build relationships with key customers in the market.
  • Monitor market competition and develop proposals to increase market share.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Ability to identify skill gaps and conduct performance appraisals to address performance issues.

 

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 05 years of proven experience in workshop management within the automotive industry, preferably in a leadership role.

 

Required skills to be successful

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve aftersales operations and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
