JOB PURPOSE:

To improve overall customer satisfaction by ensuring that the customer is dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner by adhering to agreed Hertz standards concerning Vehicle delivery and collection, service and maintenance, end of contracts, exchanges and transfers.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks

 

  1. Responsible for Dubai Main Office Daily, Weekly and Monthly rental renewal / extensions including collection of outstanding amounts.
  2. Ensure recovery of Salik and Traffic Fine, damage etc., for all open and closed agreements
  3. Handling all LPO Extensions and Online Pre-paid Booking for Dubai branches.
  4. Preparing all Legal Cases Documents for Dubai Branches and following up with PRO team until the case is close.

 

  • Preparing & Analyzing Management Reports on a Daily basis
  • Handling Customer queries and complaints relating to charges
  • Preparing all Legal Cases Documents for Dubai Branches and following up with PRO team until the case is close

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer service/Admin work

Job-Specific Skills: Good Oral and Written English Communication, Good knowledge of MS-Office suite of packages

Behavioural Competencies: Teamwork, Continuous Improvement, Personal Leadership, Individual Accountability and Customer Focus
