Overview Of The Role:
The Swedish Food Market Sales Representative plays a crucial role in supporting IKEA FOOD's objectives by driving sales through effective merchandising and selling skills. The position requires maintaining store standards, adhering to food safety regulations, and representing the IKEA brand to uphold its status as the best home furnishing store. Success in this role is measured through commercial growth reviews, annual objectives, and monthly KPIs.


What You Will Do:

  • Ensure ordering and receiving procedures are done according to IKEA FOOD requirements.
  • Implement monthly IFB stock take in accordance with set guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly discrepancy and wastage report, initiate control measures, and follow-up.
  • Process and document supplier invoices in the NAVISON system.
  • Log and generate approved recipes and IKEA FOOD range in the NAVISON system.
  • Activate menu buttons for POS terminals.
  • Coordinate with IT for IFB system issues and concerns.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the IFB Office and IKEA supplies and storages.
  • Monitor supplies within office budget guidelines.
  • Ensure day-to-day functions of store keepers are carried out in the department.
  • Assist the IFB team with requisition, design, and implementation of communication program.
  • Receive important documents, mail, and ordered supplies.
  • Undertake senior responsibilities as required for IFB operations.
  • Ensure excellent service at all times through efficient service and cashiering methods.
  • Provide a positive shopping experience with high customer service standards and cleanliness within the area.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • High School or Trade School graduate.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in NAVISON system.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
