Overview Of The Role:

The Supervisor is crucial for coordinating and overseeing effective management on the shop floor, bridging the gap between sales staff and store management. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining top-notch store operations. Expectation includes excellent client relationship management, leadership in sales strategies, smooth operation of store processes, and exemplary team guidance. Success in this position involves proactive problem-solving, collaboration with management to optimize store efficiency, and upholding the brand's core values and presentation standards.


What You Will Do:

Client and Business Development

 

  • Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging various clienteling tools.
  • Enhance the 'client state of mind' amongst the team.
  • Ensure extensive product knowledge within the team.
  • Support store management in achieving the business objectives, projects, and initiatives such as reporting, sales analysis, and product training.

 

Selling & Floor Management

 

  • Effectively oversee the shop floor to ensure maximum floor coverage during peak trading periods.
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating sales leadership to the team.
  • Intervene and provide support during the selling ceremony.

 

Operations

 

  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds and completing bank deposits.
  • Accurately process all POS transactions and inventory functions such as transfers, receiving, repairs, and damages.
  • Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

 

Leadership presence

 

  • Exemplary performer across all functions.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints, exchanges, and inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between staff and management regarding potential performance concerns.
  • Propose and implement action plans to deliver efficient processes and organization in the store.
  • Educate team on sales plans, personal sales goals, and KPIs.

 

Others

 

  • Be an ambassador of the brand, culture, quality, and know-how.
  • Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Proficient in retail operational skills (inventory management, visual merchandising, systems, cash handling).
  • Demonstrated ability in customer service and achieving results.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
