Overview Of The Role:

  • The Sales Assistant is tasked with driving sales and ensuring customers have a positive experience during their visits. This role includes maintaining the aesthetics and operational standards of the store through assigned duties. A successful Sales Assistant will embody the brand spirit, exhibiting an energetic and personable approach to customer interactions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. The role operates within the retail division, contributing to the brand's visibility and operational success.

What You Will Do:

General


  • Generate sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Perform various operational duties as assigned by the store management.
  • Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a sparkling clean and organized environment.
  • Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business-like greeting.
  • Provide customers with current relevant information about products.
  • Deliver quality service in the fitting rooms and attempt to add on to sales.
  • Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Capture customer information in the database.


Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in retail sales environment.
  • Proficient in the use of CAD and design software.
  • Physical stamina for standing and performing duties for extended periods.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • High School Degree.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) packages, such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator or Photoshop to create visuals and plans.
  • Good verbal communication skills, some heavy lifting, and ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
