Area Sales Engineer - Diesel Generation Products (Arabic Speaking) - Abu Dhabi

 

Job Purpose

To be responsible for promoting and selling of power generators within Abu Dhabi region.

 

This is an important sales role:

(1) To ensure compliancy with Famco systems.

(2) Show knowledgeable understanding with reports and clients alike.

(3) Retain current client base and grow existing relationships whilst cultivating new clients to the Famco client database.  

(4) Ability to meet agreed targets for sales.

(5) Self starter and goal oriented

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with good knowledge and working experience of Generating sets with at-least 5 years’ experience in sales & territory management, should be customer focused.

UAE drivers license.

 

Minimum Experience:

5 Years with a proven track record within - Power Generator Sales / Generator Expert. 

 

Job-Specific Skills:

Good English and Arabic communication skills

AUH and UAE experience a must

Customer focused: Self starter, 'hunter' personality

Solid power product knowledge

Good level of communication skills and interaction skills able to build relationships with clients and colleagues and develop accounts 

 

Behavioural Competencies:

Calm, confident and capable of responding to urgent sales enquiries and technical assistance requests. High degree of motivation to achieve sales and exceed customer satisfaction expectation levels.
