Overview of the role:

The Warehouse Partsman supports parts operations by accurately receiving, sorting, storing, and packing automotive spare parts and accessories. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role is critical in ensuring parts are handled error-free and damage-free while maintaining high productivity, safety, and quality standards in a team-based warehouse environment.

What you will do:

• Receive and deconsolidate incoming spare parts and accessories
• Sort, pack, and ship goods in line with approved packaging guidelines and procedures
• Store items in an orderly, accessible, and safe manner within the warehouse
• Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile against system records
• Carry out bin stock replenishment to ensure stock availability
• Follow special handling or packing instructions for specific orders
• Support cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of the warehouse facility
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines

Required skills to be successful:

• Ability to accurately recognize and work with part numbers and alphanumeric codes
• Strong attention to detail to avoid errors and damage
• Ability to follow written instructions and documented procedures
• Good time management and ability to multitask
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry materials during working hours
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and reliable work ethic

About the team:

You will join the Parts Support team, working closely with warehouse colleagues, parts operations, and logistics teams. The team plays a vital role in ensuring accurate parts handling and timely order fulfillment, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What equips you for the role:

• High school education or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or parts handling roles is an advantage
• Willingness to work shift-based schedules, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and overtime when required
• Basic numeracy skills for inventory and reconciliation tasks
• Ability to work independently with guidance when needed
• Physically fit to lift and manoeuvre materials (up to approximately 30 lbs)
• Strong alignment with company values including integrity, teamwork, and customer focus
