• As part of Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will be at the forefront of this transformation in the UAE, inspiring customers and turning digital leads into loyal buyers. This role is about more than selling cars, it’s about building trust, delivering experiences, and representing a brand that is redefining mobility. As a Handover Specialist, you will deliver an educational, immersive and exciting experience for every customer taking delivery of a new vehicle. You will prepare each customer for ownership, configure the vehicle to their needs, explain its features clearly and confidently, and answer questions about BYD, electric mobility and the ownership journey.

What You Will Do:

• Manage customer expectations and coordinate a smooth, timely vehicle handover.

• Align the customer journey with vehicle preparation and delivery milestones.
• Prepare vehicles in accordance with BYD standards before handover.
• Deliver personalized vehicle demonstrations and explain key features, technology and electric-mobility considerations.
• Welcome showroom visitors, record the reason for their visit and connect them with the appropriate team member.
• Provide excellent customer experience in line with company policies and procedures.
• Understand customer requirements, respond promptly and ensure enquiries are responsibly followed through.
• Maintain current knowledge of BYD products, procedures, industry developments and relevant personnel.
• Support the sales team with test drives when required.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• 2 years’ automotive retail experience in a customer-facing role.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong customer service, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Fluent English and Arabic is desirable.
• A valid UAE driving license.

About The Team

• The role reports to the Sales Manager and will work closely with showroom, sales and operational colleagues. Together, the team focuses on creating a seamless customer journey and delivering a high-quality BYD brand experience.
